1. 📅 Warranty Duration

  • Limited Appliance Warranty: The warranty period shall be as specified in the order contract, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal household (single family) use.

2. 🔧 Warranty Coverage

During the warranty period, if the appliance fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will:

  1. Repair or replace the defective part(s), subject to a $99 deductible per issue;
  2. Provide a replacement appliance with similar features if repair is not feasible;
  3. If neither option is possible, issue a partial refund based on the original purchase value.

Please note: A $99 deductible applies to each distinct issue covered under this warranty.

3. 🚫 Warranty Exclusions

1. Misuse, Abuse, or Improper Maintenance

  • Failure to follow operating or maintenance instructions in the user manual;
  • Clogged air vents, condensers, or filters due to dust, grease, insects, or pet hair;
  • Failure to clean filters, drainage systems, or fans regularly;
  • Use in outdoor settings.

2. Unauthorized Repair or Modification

  • Any repair or modification performed by unauthorized personnel;
  • Use of non-genuine parts or accessories;
  • Improper relocation, wiring, or electrical installation.

3. Damage from External Causes

  • Fire, flood, lightning, power surges, rodent damage, vermin damage, or other acts of nature;
  • Damage due to impact, drop, or shipping;
  • Operation under unstable or improper voltage or power conditions.

4. Normal Wear and Consumable Items

  • Light bulbs, batteries, filters, cleaning agents, gaskets, blades, grease cups, etc.;
  • Components subject to normal wear and tear or aging.

5. Cosmetic or Non-Functional Issues

  • Surface scratches, dents, paint wear, or discoloration;
  • Minor noise, vibration, or odors not affecting appliance performance.

6. Non-Household (Single Family) Use or Improper Installation Environment

  • Use in commercial, rental, or industrial settings;
  • Operation in high heat, high humidity, dusty, or corrosive environments.

7. Incomplete Purchase Information or Ownership Transfer

  • Missing proof of purchase;
  • Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and within the U.S. market;
  • International use or resale voids this warranty.

8. Relocation of Appliance

  • Warranty service is only available at the original delivery/installation location. Moving the appliance to another location voids the warranty for on-site service.

4. 📄 Customer Responsibilities

To maintain warranty eligibility, the customer must:

  1. Keep proof of purchase;
  2. Follow all cleaning and maintenance instructions in the manual;
  3. Use only authorized service providers for any repair;
  4. Cooperate with inspection or documentation requests for warranty claims.

5. 📘 Legal Notice

  1. This warranty does not affect any legal rights you may have under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act or other applicable laws.
  2. We are not liable for indirect damages such as food spoilage, lodging, or lost wages resulting from appliance failure.
  3. We are not liable for any property damage resulting from appliance malfunction.
  4. The maximum liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
