2. Product Condition and Sales Policy

• All Sales Are Final: All appliance sales are final. No returns will be accepted for any reason.
• As-Is Condition: All merchandise may have scratches or dents, and there may be additional imperfections not visible due to lighting or angle. Customers acknowledge these conditions and waive any claims related to scratches or dents.
• Owner's Manual: Products are sold without owner’s manuals. Manuals may be downloaded from the manufacturer’s website.
• Quality Assurance: All scratch-and-dent appliances undergo thorough inspection to ensure proper functionality at the time of purchase.

3. Orders, Payment, and Delivery

• Order Acceptance: An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
• Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and financing options. Payment is due at purchase.
• Delivery Timing: Customers understand that delivery dates and times may be affected by weather, traffic, truck breakdowns, or employee illness. By waiving VIP delivery service, customers agree to flexible delivery scheduling.

4. Services Not Provided

The merchant does not provide electrician, plumber, sewer cleaning, cabinet remodel, vent duct cleaning, maid service, or similar services.

5. Storage Policy

• Free Storage: We provide a 30-day free storage period after purchase.
• Extended Storage Fees: After 30 days, a storage fee of $2 per item per day applies.

6. Pickup and Loading Risk

If a customer chooses to pick up purchased items themselves, any assistance provided by store personnel for loading is offered as a convenience only. The customer assumes all risk of damage to their vehicle or any other property during the loading process, and agrees not to hold the merchant or its employees liable for any such damages.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, A4L America LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
